Our mission is to achieve a turn-around of the fortunes of the average Delta South person economically, educationally, financially and socially through a well defined programme of development and empowerment. It is to give Delta South Senatorial Zone a deserving, formidable representation at the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, thereby making Delta South a Beacon of Excellence in terms of adequate representation and development amongst the three Senatorial Zones in Delta State within a period of four years.

There comes a time in the history of a people when a man of uncommon origin rises in defence of his people… a time when silence can only be interpreted as cowardice. A time that has been eloquently captured by Frantz Fanon when he uttered the following words:
“Posterity will not forgive those who possess the exceptional abilities of speaking the words of truth to their oppressors but have taken refuge in silence.”
Today, I ask all sons and daughters of Delta South Senatorial Zone to rise in defence of their fatherland. There is a lot of work to be done. We must strive to leave our society better than we met it.
